Project Information

JWDA was commissioned by InterContinental Hotels Group to provide design services for Hotel Indigo.  The 12-story, 210-room property includes five suites and has the distinction of many “firsts” in San Diego sustainable hospitality design: Hotel Indigo is the first sustainably built hotel in San Diego, the first to achieve LEED certification, the first downtown San Diego building to have a green roof, and the first LEED-certified hotel in the U.S. for InterContinental Hotel Groups.  The “branded boutique” hotel offers an accessible and unique experience for the technology- and design-savvy customer marketplace.
