Project Information

First envisioned in 1989, the construction of the Encinitas Beach Resort is finally underway thirty years later.  JWDA was retained by JMI Realty and Fenway Capital Advisors for full architectural services on the project.  The Resort will be managed by Two Roads Hospitality and carry the brand of the Alila Hotel and Resorts.  This 130-key resort offers comfortable elegance and a unique sense of place.  Amenities include a 1,000-SF bicycle and beach café, 4,500-SF spa, a fitness center for guests, a 4,105-SF main restaurant and lounge, a 1,410-SF restaurant terrace, a 1,925-SF outdoor bar, 11,060-SF of meeting space, and three wedding venues.
