Vivian Tria Promoted to Associate Principal

JWDA is pleased to announce that Vivian Tria has been promoted to Associate Principal. With over 15 years of experience at JWDA, Vivian has become an expert in successfully delivering complex, high-density residential projects to our clients. She works closely and collaboratively with the design and development team from project conception through construction. In addition to project related work, Vivian is a leader and a mentor in the office. She is currently spearheading JWDA’s efforts on Convoy Square, a 530-unit residential development in the Kearny Mesa neighborhood of San Diego. Vivian is also involved as Senior Project Manager on the 36-story Alexan Simone Tower located at Union & Ash in Little Italy. She previously served as Senior Project Manager for the Broadstone Makers Quarter project in downtown San Diego.
