THE CONRAD STARTS CONSTRUCTION

JWDA is excited to collaborate with Epstein Joslin Architects (EJA) on the Conrad Prebys Performing Arts Center for La Jolla Music Society. The proposed 500-seat concert hall includes a 140-seat cabaret/multipurpose space, rehearsal rooms, a café, and an open courtyard. The $76 million development is located at 7600 Fay Avenue in La Jolla, between Pearl Avenue and Kline Street. The Conrad is expected to open for the 2018-19 inaugural season.
