As San Diego’s largest residential development with 617 units, – comprised of studios, one-bedroom and two-bedroom apartments – this 720,000 square-foot, two-tower structure features extensive amenities including ground level retail and commercial space, a state-of-the-art fitness center, and a 25,000-square-foot “sky terrace” equipped with pool, spa and outdoor leisure space designed by Connect Landscape Architecture.
JWDA was retained by Bosa Development Corporation to provide full architectural services on the project.
