Project Information

This 23-story tower rises from a four-story podium featuring a 26,000-square-foot amenity deck and resort-style pool area furnished with cabanas, outdoor grills and kitchens and fire pits.  The project is comprised of  studios, 1-, 2- and 3-bedroom units, each equipped with their own private balcony.    Interior common areas include a fitness center, library, private work stations, 24-hour concierge, sky lounge, and a sports lounge.  The cast-in-place concrete structure provides five levels of secured parking and a highly transparent exterior skin consisting of floor-to-ceiling glazing to maximize views to the ocean.  Completion slated for mid-2019.
