Project Information

Simone is a 36-story market-rate rental comprised of 395 apartments.  The tower contains a mix of studio, one- and two-bedroom units, with 32 of the 395 set aside for low-income renters.  Amenities include 16,600-square-feet of common outdoor deck, fitness center and a two-story sky lounge and pool deck located at the top of the tower.  The sky lounge is a distinguishing element, designed to be highly visible, as it will be one of the tallest buildings downtown.  Construction completed 2023.
