The Lindley

Project Information

The Lindley is a new $250 million luxury tower sited at the edge of Little Italy and downtown San Diego along Columbia and Ash Street.  At nearly 800,000-square-feet, this project will be one of the largest mixed-use apartments in the neighborhood furnished with commercial, hospitality and residential uses.  JWDA Architects was retained by developer Toll Brothers Apartment Living to provide full architectural services on the project with STREETSENSE as Interior Designer.  The Lindley is expected to open in late 2024 with the project targeting LEED Gold certification.
