Project Information

Atmosphere is an affordable housing development sponsored by Wakeland Housing and Development Corporation.   The site is approximately 31,800 SF located between Fourth and Fifth Avenue in Downtown San Diego.  The project contains 205 residential units, each with a private balcony.   Common spaces include a community meeting room, computer room and several multi-purpose rooms.  Outdoor passive recreational spaces are included at ground level and at the seventh level.  Subterranean parking is provided for a total of 186 vehicles including six accessible stalls.  The project achieved LEED Silver Certification.
