Marriott Del Mar Hotel

Project Information

The Carmel Valley Gateway Marriott Hotel in San Diego is part of the Carmel Valley Gateway Center that includes a 175,000-square-foot Class A office complex and a 900 space parking structure. JWDA provided full architectural services for this elegant, full service hotel project. This 210,000-square-foot project is a 12-story, 284 room richly appointed hotel with ballroom and meeting space, a health club and an indoor pool. This project valued at $50 million was completed in January of 2002.
