Millenia Duetta and Volta Affordable Housing

Project Information

Duetta and Volta Affordabe Housing are part of the larger Millenia Master Plan Community in Chula Vista, California.

Volta provides 87 units including 1- and 2-bedroom units for low-income seniors.  Amenities at Volta include a community clubhouse, computer room, adult education classes, and community garden.

Duetta provides 123 units ranging from 1- to 3-bedrooms for low-income families.  Amenities at Duetta include two playground areas, picnic area with barbeque pits, community clubhouse, computer room, and after-school programs for children.

Residents for the 210-unit development have access to surface parking and a shared parking structure.   The project was delivered on time and completed under budget.  Completion: November 2017
