Project Information

John W. Finn Hall Campus Housing consists of two L-shaped seven-story buildings located near existing retail, commercial, and recreational activities at Naval Base Coronado.  The towers provide 198,917 SF of 264 1+1 E modules and are designed to be accessed via an interior dual-loaded corridor.  The two residential towers flank the single story community center.  Two parking lots offer spaces for over 360 vehicles.  These facilities support the Navy’s Homeport Ashore Program to provide energy efficient housing for homeport single sailors in lieu of shipboard accommodations while in port.  The mission is to provide adequate space and living amenities for all Navy bachelor enlisted personnel that promotes professional development, supports unit cohesion and improves the quality of life for all enlisted personnel.  The project achieved LEED® Gold Status.
