Harrington Heights is a 15-story residential tower that contains a mix of studio and two-bedroom units, with nearly 100% of the units set aside for permanent supportive housing.  Amenities include common outdoor area on levels 3, 7 and 15, shared laundry rooms, multipurpose rooms, community rooms, and on-site supportive services.  The ground floor includes nearly 2,000-square-feet of commercial space, office space, and a residential lobby and leasing office.
