Amenities include outdoor common areas on levels 3, 7 and 15, with shared laundry rooms, multipurpose rooms, community rooms, and on-site supportive services directed by the Alpha Project. The ground floor includes nearly 10,000-SF of commercial space, offices, and residential lobby/leasing office.
