Atmosphere Affordable Housing is a 31,000 SF, 12-story, 100% affordable apartment complex providing safe and supportive housing for a diverse downtown San Diego, CA population including homeless individuals, qualifying families, and young adults transitioning out of the foster care system.
LEED® Silver Certified, the project contains 205 residential units, each with a private balcony. Common spaces include a community meeting room, computer room and several multi-purpose rooms. Outdoor passive recreational spaces are located at ground floor and 7th level, with a community garden on the 8th. Subterranean parking is included for a total of 186 vehicles, including six accessible stalls.
