Project Information

6th & Olive shares a site with the historic St. Paul’s Cathedral and consists of a new mixed-use residential tower comprised of 204 multi-family rental units – including 18 that are designated affordable housing. Project amenities include approximately 17,000-SF of office and meeting space to support the cathedral’s ministry to the community; a 10,000-SF ground floor plaza; fitness room; and sky deck equipped with a pool and BBQ area. 348 parking spaces are provided in a 5-level underground parking structure.
