1st and Beech

Project Information

1st and Beech is a new residential high rise located in the Little Italy neighborhood of downtown San Diego.  The proposed project is 22 stories and approximately 183,808 SF comprised of 220 residential micro-units, of which 20 units are designated affordable housing, with amenities including a sky lounge, pool deck and other outdoor recreational spaces.  The setting, shape, and height of the tower is developed to maximize the allowable density.  25 parking stalls are accommodated on site, equipped with a semi-automated stacking parking system.
