JWDA provided comprehensive architectural services for this affordable housing project, a 136-unit development located in the heart of San Diego’s East Village that promotes safety, stability, and a healthy community for residents and businesses in the downtown area. 16th & Market offers attractive, sustainable, high-rise design in 40 one-bedroom units, 51 two-bedroom units, and 45 three-bedroom units. It also contributes to the socio-economic diversity of downtown San Diego.
