Project Information

JWDA is the Architect of Record and Interior Designer for this affordable housing and child development project. Located at Commercial Street & 15th Street, this 12-story mixed-use complex provides contemporary accommodations for a wide array of community services provided by St. Vincent de Paul Villages. The center is the home of an extensive child development center, staff offices, community rooms, outdoor terrace, long-term transitional housing, and affordable housing in addition to below grade parking. The project achieved GreenPoint Rated status.
