Weingart Tower was honored with the 2024 Los Angeles Business Council’s (LABC) Architectural Award in the category of Housing: Multifamily – Affordable. LABC’s Architectural Awards recognize architects, developers, contractors, and owners who have helped to enhance the Los Angeles urban environment. We are pleased to have served as Entitlement Architect on Weingart Tower, and we congratulate our team, clients, and partners at Chelsea Investment Corporation and the Weingart Center, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit agency that provides individuals experiencing homelessness with essential tools necessary to stabilize their lives, secure income, and find permanent housing.
