Palisade at UTC welcomes its first tenants this month. The 23-story, 300-unit tower features luxury living inclusive of large units ranging from studios to 3 bedrooms – each with their own private balcony – and resort-style amenities.
26,000 square feet of outdoor amenity deck includes a pool, cabanas, outdoor grills and kitchens, and fire pits. Indoor common area includes a fitness center, library, private work stations, 24-hour concierge, sky lounge with ocean views and private dining, and a clubroom with sports lounge.
