Montezuma Hotel Receives Unanimous Approval by San Diego City Council

San Diego City Council has unanimously approved a 125-key hotel at the intersection of Montezuma Road and El Cajon Boulevard in Roland Village East County San Diego.
JWDA is providing full architectural services for the project. The four-story, 68,000-square-foot building includes a pool, conference room, gym and breakfast area on the first level.
Construction expected to start mid-2020.
