Marriott Springhill Suites Mission Valley Construction Planned for Fall 2014

JWDA has been retained by OTO Development to provide full architectural services for the Marriott Springhill Suites located in Mission Valley, San Diego. This project is a five story hotel with approximately 82,500 square feet comprised of 135 guest rooms with gracious hotel amenities including a ground level meeting space, restaurant, common space, and outdoor pool. Located within a short drive of the Mission Bay and downtown San Diego, the full-service hotel will accommodate both business travelers and vacationers. The project is expected to open in early 2016.
