JWDA Welcomes Newest Team Members

JWDA is pleased to announce the addition of four talented designers to our team:
Austin Weller, an Ohio native, joined the JWDA team in August 2013. Mr. Weller holds a Bachelor of Science in Architecture from The Ohio State University and a Master of Architecture from the University of Cincinnati. In 2011, Mr. Weller received First Place for his design proposal in Cooper Lighting’s 35th Annual Design Competition. His experience includes the design development of small and large-scale projects, specializing in the translation between two-dimensional drafting and three-dimensional graphics.
Catherine Arreaza joins JWDA as Business Development Manager and Designer. Mrs. Arreaza graduated from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor with a Bachelor of Science in Architecture and a Master of Architecture from the School of the Art Institute of Chicago. She works closely with the firm’s Founder and President, Joseph Wong, as well as JWDA’s Principals, Project Managers, and Designers to build an integral branded environment that supports the firm’s business strategy and strengthens the JWDA brand.
Yifeng Wu holds a Bachelor of Architecture from Tongji University in Shanghai, China and a Master of Science in Advanced Architecture Design from Columbia University. He joins JWDA as Designer. In 2012, Mr. Wu was the recipient of the Joseph Wong Design Associates Scholarship, an award presented to the top ten students in the architecture program at Tongji University. His experience includes design development and three-dimensional modeling.
Zhuoxin Fang graduated with a Bachelor of Architecture from Tongji University in Shanghai, China. Mr. Fang was the recipient of the Joseph Wong Design Associates Scholarship. In 2014, Mr. Fang graduated from the University of California, Los Angeles with a Master of Architecture, where he was member of Thom Mayne’s studio – The NOW Institute, an urban research center that applies strategic thinking to practical considerations in the real world.
