JWDA teams with Bosa Development on High-Tech Office

The vacant Paladion property adjacent to Horton Plaza is being fully renovated into a 162,000-SF Class A creative office building. JWDA was retained by Bosa Development and is providing full architectural services on the project.
The four-story “atrium-style” space is comprised of a steel frame and floor-to-ceiling glass, with expansive floor plans and shared amenities including a fitness center, and central courtyard. Two levels of subterranean parking accommodate 240 stalls. Interior demolition started earlier this month with start of construction slated for early 2019.
The JWDA team includes Joseph O. Wong, FAIA; Matthew Geaman, AIA, LEED BD+C; Rey Caballes; and Zhuoxin Fang, LEED BD+C.
