JWDA EDUCATION PROJECT PUBLISHED IN METAL ARCHITECTURE

_M5A3014JWDA’s recently completed Social and Behavioral Sciences Building at San Diego Mesa College is featured in the September 2015 issue of Metal Architecture.  The three-story, 73,700-square-foot project was completed in February 2015 and is on track to obtain LEED® Silver certification.  The academic facility is comprised of classrooms, labs, administrative offices and a series of outdoor courtyards and entry courts that connect the building to the surrounding campus.

Natural light, material selection and modern design elements shaped the building.  Featured products include VMZinc metal wall panels supplied by Uimcore Building Products USA Inc., Reynobond aluminum composite material (ACM) wall panels and soffit panels supplied by Alcoa Architectural Products and aluminum sunshades supplied by The Airolite Co. LLC.
