Joseph Wong Appointed to UCSD’s Real Estate and Development Advisory Board

Joseph Wong, FAIA, has been appointed to the UCSD’s Real Estate and Development (RED) Advisory Board.  As Founder and President of JWDA, an award-winning architectural firm, Joe brings a unique perspective to the panel, having served as Prime Architect on several high-profile, multi-million-dollar developments, and with a career that has spanned for over four decades.

Situated in the Department of Urban Studies and Planning (USP), the RED major at UCSD is offered to undergrads with the goal to recruit, recognize and advance the next generation of innovators in the areas of real estate development, finance, urban planning and design, environmental policies and regulations, and new technologies.  The interdisciplinary curriculum is representative of the diverse panel of advisors comprised of lawyers, real estate developers, CEO’s, and financial executives; all of whom are leaders in the industry with local ties to San Diego.
