COMMUNITY HOUSING WORKS RETAINS JWDA FOR SENIOR HOUSING AFFORDABLE DEVELOPMENT

JWDA has been retained by Community Housing Works to provide full architectural services for Mission Cove Senior Housing; an affordable residential project located in the City of Oceanside, California.
Sited within a larger mixed-use master development, this project is a four-story structure containing 138 residential apartment units. Approximately 15,500 square-feet of resident amenities include an 8,700-square-foot interior courtyard, community rooms, shared kitchen, dining and laundry facilities, lounge/media room, meeting space, and multipurpose space. Construction is expected to begin in early 2017.
