JWDA was honored to participate in this year’s GBE Chinese luxury housing summit. Global Business Engine (GBE) held their China Mansion Design & Technology Congress 2013 event at the Shanghai Marriot Luwan Hotel from December 17th-18th.

JWDA Shanghai’s Founding Principal and Managing Director, Jason Hu, served as a keynote speaker for the event. Hu presented “An Analysis on Critical Factors of the Planning and Design of Luxury Residences”.

The function provided guests with the latest information pertaining to China’s luxury residential projects. It was a platform to learn from experienced professionals about maximizing results in a minimum amount of time. In addition, the China Mansion Design & Technology Congress 2013 event was an opportunity to network with over 200 colleagues in a two-day span to promote the development of potential business relationships.

Attendees included over 150 luxury residential developers and investors, more than 50 architectural, landscape, and engineering professionals, 30+ premier solution providers, as well as numerous consulting and research experts.

Jason Hu Jason S. Hu, ULI, International Associate AIA

Jason Hu is the founding principal and managing director of JWDA’s Shanghai Office. Hu has over 20 years of experience in the field of architectural design and management. He is a registered architect with a Class “A” Architecture License from the People’s Republic of China. His professional affiliations include the Urban Land Institute and the American Institute of Architects. Hu earned his Bachelor of Architecture degree from Tongji University, Shanghai and participated in the Executive Education program at Harvard Graduate School of Design, Cambridge, MA.
