This 168,482 square meter luxury residential complex located next to the historic Bund District and faces the Central Business District of Pudong. Considerable attention was given to create elegant design with quality materials and details throughout the development, contributing to an iconic form of architecture that defines contemporary Shanghai. Phase I consists of two towers out of the six residential towers in the complex. Each apartment was shaped to provide residents with an aesthetic view of the river and city. Several traditional style Shanghai housing blocks in Li Nong were saved and renovated to become modern clubs and community facilities offering riveting entertainment in the heart of the city.
