The 41-story & 21-story tower of Broadway Block has topped out!
The Broadway Block promises to be a major player in the transformation of San Diego’s urban core. Located at 7th, 8th, Broadway & C Streets, this $200-million, full-block development is slated for completion in spring 2021.
At 720,000 square-feet, Broadway Block houses 617 residential units with extensive amenities including ground level retail and commercial space, state-of-the-art fitness center, and a 25,000-square-foot “sky terrace” designed by Jules Wilson Design Studio and Connect Landscape Architecture.
JWDA was retained by Bosa Development Corporation to provide full architectural services on the project.
