Broadstone at North Park Breaks Ground

Broadstone at North Park is a new market-rate multi-family housing complex located between Texas and Arizona Streets, one block south of El Cajon Boulevard in the North Park neighborhood of San Diego. Alliance Residential Company retained JWDA for full architectural services on the project.
This 5-story structure contains 118 rental units, ranging from studio to two-bedroom units. The sloping site allows for two levels of parking, with at-grade entrances for both levels. Each unit will have a private exterior open-air balcony. Tenant amenities include pool and spa deck, resident lounge, creative lounge/work room, fitness center, community garden, and roof-top terrace. Extensive landscaping is provided at grade levels in addition to the pool deck, community garden, and roof-top terrace planting areas. Covered parking is available in a secure garage.
