Construction is complete on Alexan ALX. This 313-unit upscale market-rate residence is located in the East Village neighborhood of downtown San Diego. Retained by Trammell Crow Residential, JWDA provided full architectural services for the project.
Located one block from the downtown Central Library and two blocks from Petco Park, this 20-story residence provides a variety of unit types ranging from 459-SF studios to 2,228-SF two-bedroom penthouses. The contemporary design of Alexan incorporates loft-style architecture, floor-to-ceiling height windows, plush units equipped with gourmet kitchens, private balconies, walk-in closets, spa-like baths, and attractive amenities throughout.
