Mixed-Use, Hospitality, and Multifamily Residential

Anchoring the edge of San Diego's Downtown and Little Italy neighborhoods, The Lindley brings a new level of vitality to a previously underutilized surface parking lot. Rising 37 stories and totaling 800,000 SF, the LEED® Gold-certified tower blends housing, hospitality, and retail in one of the city’s tallest recent community developments.

Recognized as Best Architectural Design of a Multifamily Community (for Rent) at the 2025 BIA Icon Awards, the Lindley's design pays homage to Little Italy's Italian fishing community heritage through elements that evoke strength, warmth, and elegance, while creating a sleek and inviting, climate-responsive structure and streetscape.

Residents enjoy unit options from studios to three-bedrooms, each equipped with its own private balcony, and a range of shared spaces designed for connection, including co-working areas, club rooms, and landscaped outdoor terraces. A podium with street-level retail, underground parking, and a 17,000 SF amenity deck with a pool and lounge, and notably, 60 dedicated hotel rooms,  reinforces the project’s role as a community hub. The Lindley creates a vibrant, sustainable environment where hospitality and neighborhood life meet.
