777 Front Street Creative Office Complex is Open

JWDA partnered with Bosa Development on the newly revitalized Paladion, a former luxury retail center transformed into a creative office complex.  Located on 777 Front St. in downtown San Diego, this $30 million redevelopment brings over 167,000-SF of leasable Class A office space to a high density, urban setting.  The site is catered for an office product, with easy and convenient access to downtown’s exclusive infrastructure and world-class amenities.  Even amidst a global pandemic, this new building appeals to prospective tenants as a walkable facility, with office space designed to maximize daylighting and fresh air.

The four-story building is comprised of a steel frame and floor-to-ceiling glass, with ground level amenities including a fitness center and café with outdoor lounge.  Each floor plate provides an astounding 47,000-SF, with the office space forming the perimeter while wrapping a central atrium that is open to the sky.  Two levels of subterranean parking accommodate 240 stalls.
