New Restaurant Development Approved by San Diego Unified Port District

JWDA is providing full architectural services for a new restaurant development in Coronado’s Ferry Landing. The project is being developed by San Diego-based Ferry Landing Associates (made of the same ownership group as Flagship Cruises and Events).
The development is comprised of two restaurants that share the same building along the waterfront. At 7,500-SF, the attractive design includes floor-to-ceiling glass windows, reflective roofing, sliding and retractable doors, and a vegetation wall. Construction is slated for early 2019.
