The vacant Paladion property adjacent to Horton Plaza is being torn down and re-built into a low-rise 162,000-SF Class A creative office building. JWDA was retained by Bosa Development and is providing full architectural services on the project. The four-story “atrium-style” space is comprised of primarily steel frame and floor-to-ceiling glass, with expansive floor plans and shared amenities including a fitness center and central courtyard. Two levels of subterranean parking accommodate 240 stalls. Completed: Winter 2019
