Project Information

JWDA was selected by Jin Jiang Group / Shanghai through an invitation-only International Design Competition to design their new 450-guestroom hotel tower expansion to the Hilton Double Tree Jin Jiang Hotel. This luxury five-star hotel development is located in Pudong, Shanghai, overlooking the beautiful Century Park and the Lujiazui financial district.  The new 400,000 square-foot hotel tower consists of 300 deluxe rooms and 150 luxury suites.  Tower amenities include chic restaurants, bars and executive lounges, as well as large banquet facilities, sumptuous function spaces and meeting rooms.  The new tower is linked to the existing 47-story hotel tower with an Asian garden, incorporating elements such as water features and regional landscaping traditions.
