Project Information

The Dalian Red Flag Valley Golf Community is located in Red Flag Town, Dalian City, 21 kilometers from downtown and 12 kilometers from the airport. JWDA’s services included planning, architecture, landscaping, and the interior design of the west area, which occupies 82,910 square meters and includes a clubhouse, a hotel and a low-density residential area. This project is unique in that it is built atop uneven terrain and has a beautiful view of the mountains. Guests are free to walk between the buildings and enjoy the beautiful landscape. The designers applied traditional American Craftsman Style to the project, incorporating a lot of wood details to seamlessly merge the resort with its surrounding natural environment.
