Project Information

14th & Commercial is a new 14-story and 7-story residential development comprised of 407 rental apartments.  The project will be 100% affordable housing, with 4 of the units dedicated as unrestricted manager units.  The 18-foot-high ground level contains the main residential lobby, leasing office, and permanent supporting housing services including general and private office space, an employment education space including classrooms, workshop and resource room, and large loading and receiving area with ample storage areas.   A mezzanine level overlooks the southwest building corner and includes additional office space, a small fitness room and private restrooms for staff.  Several amenity and recreation spaces occur throughout the project including a large fitness room, community rooms, multi-purpose rooms, shared laundry facilities, offices for management and tenant services, large open courtyards and roof terraces.  Two levels of above-grade parking are accessed from 14th Street and provide a total of 81 parking spaces.  Completed 2021.
