The project is a new 22-story high rise containing 279 market rate rental apartments. Each unit will have a private open space/balcony. With a projected overall area of 297,081 square feet above grade, the project density will be the maximum FAR allowable in the San Diego Centre City Planned District Ordinance for this parcel. A three-story podium houses two floors of residential units above the street level lobby and retail areas. The thinner residential tower above is sheathed with a floor-to-ceiling glass window wall system. A signature rooftop design element encloses mechanical equipment on the 22nd floor. A trash and recycling center is located on the ground floor adjacent to the building loading dock which is accessed from A Street.
