Project Information

JWDA provided the Master Plan for the Fuyang Development, a 570,000 square meter located on the West Lake/Huangshan Mountain tourism line, Zhejiang Province.  The vision was to create an attractive open city space with careful attention to the natural surroundings, creating a harmonious balance between the urban and rural settings.  JWDA won the Invitational International Competition for this iconic five-star Hilton Hotel.  The total area of the project is 450,000 SF and will include the Hilton Hotel & Convention Center.  The Hilton Hotel is a 388-room luxury property with amenities such as a banquet hall, grand ballroom, junior ballroom, three restaurants and a sky lounge.  Every room in the hotel will have a dazzling view of the lake and the Huangshan Mountains.   The Convention Center will be a 200,000 SF facility with a major exhibition hall and convention center.  The design includes a beautiful plaza in between the Hotel and Convention Center that will serve as the cultural epicenter for the city of Fuyang.
