Project Information

The Vanke Firenze Villas are located in the burgeoning new Pujiang town in Shanghai.  On a site of 18 hectacres, these 45 villas are different than the traditional rural-style villas. The Italian neoclassical style homes are positioned as high-end, high-density urban villas. They reflect the rationality and fine details that were advocated by Italian Neoclassicism. Every household is designed with open courtyard and an enclosed private garden. Common features make the homes harmonious, while at the same time, creating plenty of personal space. Exquisite details bring classic, noble qualities with a modern flavor.
