Deep Blue Office Building

Project Information

Composed of three 29 story towers, Deep Blue Plaza is located on the beautiful waterfront along the Jinhong Canal in Hangzhou, China. Taking inspiration from Hangzhou’s reputation as a calm respite from fast-paced Shanghai, the proportions harmonize with the surrounding elements to generate a consistent image along the canal. The Plaza offers two towers with high-end residential arrangements and one Class A office tower as well as several levels of underground parking. The three towers combined offer over 1,000,000 square-feet of available space. Joseph Wong Design Associates provided full architectural services. Greentown Development Group was the developer.
