Broadstone at Makers Quarter

Project Information

Located within the newly developed Makers Quarter Master Plan Area in the East Village neighborhood of Downtown San Diego, Broadstone at Makers Quarter is a seven-story structure containing 298 apartment units for rent. Approximately 4,600 square feet of resident amenities include two interior courtyards, swimming pools, and other recreational areas. Retail space will be located at the Broadway frontage and on the corner of Broadway and 17th Avenue. Construction is expected to begin in early 2016.
