Project Information

5^th and Palm combines a 145-unit multi-family market-rate rental residential building with a 66-unit extended stay hotel component.  The project consists of two towers limited to a maximum height of 150 feet by the local community plan. The project has three levels of below grade parking with a total of 377 spaces. An existing historical residential structure will remain in its current location and house new restaurant and recreational facilities.
