Project Information

JWDA provided full architectural services for the 55th & Hardy student housing apartments for San Diego State University from planning to construction administration. The project is located on 55th Street in between Hardy Avenue and Lindo Paseo on a .68 acre parcel in the Core Sub-Area of the College Community Redevelopment Project in the general area of San Diego State University in the City of San Diego, California. The project is a 50-unit, 60,000 SF, four story, type V wood framed apartment building over a two-level, 40,000 SF subterranean parking structure. Amenities include an outdoor courtyard with four barbeques and an 800 SF on grade commercial space.
