2003 JWDA Honored as "Architect of the Year" and Receives Congressional Recognition San Diego, CA -- On the evening of April 26th at the 2003 Black Contractors Association Gala Reception Joseph Wong Design Associates was honored as "Architect of the Year" at the Marriott Hotel & Marina on San Diego's Harbor Island. Established in 1977, JWDA has participated in many successful community development and public partnership projects. The Gala was a distinguished event that honored many contributors to the future of San Diego. The sponsored event also helped raise funds for many of the programs sponsored by the Black Contractors Association. At a roundtable discussion hosted by the BCA on April 24, 2003, Joseph Wong Design Associates received Congressional Recognition for the firm's "outstanding and invaluable service to the community". |
